We came here with some friends for relax holidays at the end of the summer, place with hotel quite good, reception workers speaking only russian, just some of them understand minimal english, room service and cleaners were not good. But there are some pluses aswell, like the Sigacik town near the hotel 10-15 minutes to walk, small beautiful town with a marketplace, where you can get cheap souvenirs and enjoy the nightlife of the town. Another thing what makes me so happy was entertainment team, I want to say big thank you for ROMEO, who was like a friend from the first day of our holiday. He is allways happy, smiling, speaking good english, turkish, russian, offering lots of activities like darts, archery, funny pool games, thank you so much! What else, the food and kitchen personal were quite good. Just the same food for lunch and dinner were annoying, but the taste and quallity of food was nice. To sum up, there is a good choice for relax holidays in this holiday, like everywhere there are some pluses and minuses.

Great hotel, good service and the foods are very fresh and well. Clean hotel with clean big pool.

Very good hotel. Big pools. A lot of food. Food alomost all day. Free ice cream. Very good evening shows. The best with childrens. Just beach is not so good as all wish, but a lot fun in hotel, so it s not a problem.

Double suit room for 3 adults and 2 children was verry small. Kitchen and food at hotel is quite good. A la carte restorans for additional 15 euro payment for person, so we decided not to visit it. Coktail bar and barmens are very poor in choice ant fantasy. Pool is big and clean, sea in this county can"t be bad, but it not depends on hotel administration. Beach is very little, and coast is full of sea urchin. Nobody cleans room, change towels after 4 days, nobody in reception take care at you complains about the towels or not working conditioner.

Staff don’t speak English, not friendly not trained well to look after customers Cleanliness was a big problem No enough facilities in the room as rated 5 stars. I will not recommend as five stars definitely

Air condition not working, but OK. No cleaning (8 long days), not really OK :(. Hold to your smart phones, I have observed one of the staff having issues opening his one and taking out the SIM :(.

First room overlooked the car park with no sun at all. I had asked for a sea view? Second room beautiful view but immediately over the restaurant. Chairs continually scrapping on marble floor and four time a day including midnight till one thirty. No chance to have a decent sleep. I complained but they pretended not to understand me. They took £1400 pounds off my credit card saying I had not paid? Travel agent had to intervene and five days later got it back? None of the a la Carter restaurants were open as tried to book and said there was not enough demand to warrant opening? I hate buffet food as I have to use a walking stick and occasionally dropped food. Also flies were about due to doors being wide open. Consequently I had a tummy bug. I left a week early and flew to Spain where I had a wonderful second week.

The last month went to Euphoria hotel for 14 days, as usual expected to enjoy playing tennis every day. The first day I got the huge surprise, the tennis court is barely two meters deep after the line, TWO METERS? WTF? how can you build a tennis court like that? Please warn the people about this. By the way, did you see that playing Volleybol on the beach ist almost impossible? or dangereous at least? the sand is very hard and looks like cement. The swimming pool is very nice and the personal too, sometimes on the bar is soooooo slow, and the when the hotel is full almost everything collaps. The food is good, and shedules are very flexible. The main restaurant is too warm and sometimes you just want to go out. The air conditioning does not work very well and you are going to suffer

The purpose of our visit to Turkey was celebrating my brothers 40th birthday. There was 14 in total of us in a mixture of rooms ranging from a standard room for 2 people (which was lovely), duplexes with an upstairs mezzanine level to a premier villa with an upstairs 2 bedrooms and private pool. The flight from Gatwick was slightly shorter than expected and the transfer took approximately 45 mins by private minibus. The driver got a bit lost but we helped him out with Google maps! When we arrived at the hotel it was near to 9pm and checking in was a bit muddled due to the language barrier. By 9.15pm we asked what time the dinner finished and was told 9.30 so we ran off to eat quickly before it closed then retired to our rooms. The complex itself isn't too big but it's very roomy with lovely designs and interior. Each room is equipped with a complementary mini bar with soft drinks. Slippers and the usual shampoo/conditioner, soap etc. All the rooms have balconies. We were meant to have a Seaview superior room instead we got a duplex part Seaview /part car park It didn't bother us too much as the duplex would have cost us an additional £300 The beach was ok - the sand was a bit rough and the sea quite choppy with lots of rocks surrounding it. In the snack bar there was beer and soft drinks and for food usually flatbread, chips, chicken giro, salad etc. There's also a beach bar on the beach and toilets. Within the complex there are 2 big waterslides, 3 medium waterslides, a kiddies pool with little slides, an outdoor massive pool, a smaller outdoor pool and an indoor (warm) pool where the spa is. Good points - free safe, complimentary water from all the bars, spa with heated pool, late checkout 2pm, late night snacks from midnight - 2am, no wristband for AI Bad points - no nearby shops, outdoor pools were freezing, air con didn't work properly, patio doors to rooms didn't lock and some didn't even have handles? Cleaners need to be more consistent with their cleaning. Overall Pancakes are nice Beach is relatively sandy but rocky Lifeguards aren't nearby the pool Alcohol isn't nice Food complaints not hot enough Waiting staff personal hygiene could be improved All in all good value for the hotel.

Only two stars. The first one is for the beautiful nature and bay, the other star is for the nice hotel building and the facilities. The rest you can forget. Personal is disinterested, the food is not tasty. Only the room is clean, the other parts are dirty. It is sad, nice hotel but very bad management.

Ok

Nice territory. Sea from panton. Cleaning is a disaster, even if you tip 5 USD(tried several times). Only local alcohol.

Had two weeks here at the end of may beginning of June. It was an absolutely fabulous holiday for a great price. No the air on didn’t work neither did the lock on our patio door. But we didn’t let it get to us. Apart from that the rooms were big and lovely and clean. There was ample choice of food in the buffet restaurant, even my fussy eater of a husband never struggled to fill his plate. We loved the snack bar for lunch. It has gorgeous views. The alacart restaurants weren’t open so I can’t comment on them. My kids tried the kids club a couple of times. The entertainers were lovely with them even with the language barrier. The shows on an evening were as entertaining as they ever are. Lol! But we loved the mini disco. We didn’t find any trips which we would have liked to have done. Maybe more information available on excursions would be a good thing to have at reception. The market on a Sunday is beautiful. The locals sell crafts and food and it’s not a “pushy” type of place. Hi e also enjoyed the night market and little fairground for the kids.the guys that run the water sports on the beach are lovely. We enjoyed the pedal boats a few times and my husband and son enjoyed the jet ski. We would definitely return.
